Booking Policy:

We kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for parking and settling in before your treatment. This ensures a relaxed arrival and allows us to begin your appointment promptly.
At Sublime, a 50% non-refundable Booking Deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Your deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.​
All Booking Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your client file as a credit towards a future appointment.​
Cancellations, rescheduling or appointment changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.​​
Cancellation Policy:

We understand that plans can change, and we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations, rescheduling or appointment changes.
An appointment confirmation will be sent 48 hours prior to your booking, followed by a final reminder 24 hours before your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to attend your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
If you are running late, please contact the clinic as soon as possible. Depending on your arrival time, we may need to adjust your treatment to ensure it can be performed safely and effectively. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that all treatment requests can be accommodated when appointment time is limited.
Repeated missed appointments may affect your eligibility to book future appointments and may require full prepayment.

Payment Policy:

We accept Eftpos, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cash.
All appointments performed the day of the treatment must be paid in full that day. We do not offer accounts or payment plans.
Refund or Exchange Policy:
Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. Products are unable to be refunded once they are opened. Products may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unopened.
Gift Voucher Policy:
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within 3 years of purchase and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift vouchers must be presented in order to be redeemed.
